Our solution was to develop targeted and effective recruiting campaigns via Meta Ads to generate qualified leads. We also implemented custom interface programming for the post-lead-acquisition process.
These leads, including application documents, are automatically uploaded to Schubert’s HR CRM system. This allows us to optimise the candidate journey for applicants and reduce the processing time of the HR department.

Within the first 2 weeks, 25 qualified applications were already generated. The custom-programmed interfaces into the CRM system led to improved efficiency by significantly reducing the processing time per application. The measures to strengthen employer branding led to higher visibility for the company as an attractive employer in the industry.
