Fenster.com is No. 1 for windows and doors online in Germany. Behind the online shop is Neuffer Fenster + Türen GmbH, based in the Swabian state capital Stuttgart. Founded on January 13, 1872, the company looks back on over 150 years of experience in door and window construction in the private and commercial sectors. In addition to fenster.com, we also manage online shops for the Austrian (fensterversand.at) and France (fenetre24) markets.
Our challenge was to effectively promote a wide range of products for Fenster.com and at the same time maximize relevance by dynamically displaying ads in order to achieve significantly higher conversions and stronger customer loyalty.
Our strategy includes the dynamic display of ads through a third-party tool to present personalized content based on user behavior and interests. At the same time, we use static ads across the product catalog to show a consistent and wide range of offerings. By combining both approaches, we maximize the relevance and appeal of our advertising efforts, which leads to higher conversion rates and stronger customer loyalty.
The results clearly show that the dynamically displayed ads (version B) have both a higher click rate and a lower CPC.
For optimal performance, we then combined the ASC+ campaign and the campaign with the third-party tool. This led to the following results:
Twice as many conversions, almost 5 times as many impressions, double average order value & 3 times as many clicks with almost the same budget. We also had further benefits from dynamic playback via the tool: Automated content and sales or discounts are adapted to user behavior in real time.
