Fenster.com is the No. 1 online shop for windows and doors in Germany. Behind the online store is Neuffer Fenster + Türen GmbH, based in the Swabian capital of Stuttgart. Founded on January 13, 1872, the company can look back on over 150 years of experience in door and window construction in the private and commercial sectors. In addition to fenster.com, we also manage the online stores for the Austrian (fensterversand.at) and French (fenetre24) markets.
Our challenge was to effectively advertise a wide range of products for Fenster.com while maximizing relevance through dynamic ad delivery to achieve significantly higher conversions and increased customer loyalty.
Our strategy includes the dynamic display of ads through a third-party tool to present personalized content based on user behavior and interests. At the same time, we use static ads via the product catalog to show a consistent and broad offering. By combining both approaches, we maximize the relevance and appeal of our advertising measures, which leads to higher conversion rates and stronger customer loyalty.
The results clearly show that the dynamically displayed ads (version B) have both a higher click-through rate and a lower CPC.
For optimal performance, we then combined the ASC+ campaign and the campaign with the third-party tool. This led to the following results:
Twice as many conversions, almost 5 x as many impressions, twice the average order value & 3 x as many clicks with an almost identical budget.we also had further advantages from the dynamic playout via the tool:Automated content as well as sales or discounts are adapted to user behavior in real time.
